The effects of emotional illness on behavioural responses and the importance of appropriate veterinary treatment for these patients. Dr Sarah Heath

Managing the Emotional Health of Dogs, Cats, and Kids - the positives and potential issues of companion animals in a household with children. This will include a review of papers previously written, how to introduce a dog or cat into a household with children and a baby into a household with dogs and cats and guidelines for sensible management. 2:00pm– 2:30pm – Afternoon Tea



The benefits of team work between veterinary behaviourists and rehabilitation trainers in order to improve canine welfare. Dr Sarah Heath
3:30pm-4:30pm Panel discussion with Dr Sarah Heath, Dr Gaille Perry & Natalie Watson - Summary and wrap up of the day.
